(no subject)

Well, I have almost all my things put away! Mother has been insisting that I need to get home to Lord Nicols as soon as I can in my, ah ... in my state. And she's having Father send some extra guard along for the road, because she said it's going to be more dangerous now that it's warmer! I'm sure she's just worried about nothing ....

But I admit, I do miss Conare.

We're leaving on Saturday, right after services ... we were going to leave sooner, but Mother wanted me to stay so we could attend one more service together. And then, ah, the roads are apparently much better now ... they would be, I suppose.

I imagine it won't be long at all before I'm back in Conare.
