The flowers are finally taken care of, everyone's agreed to the colors and the arrangements. It was so hard to choose everything, especially for Lord Nicolas' colors! It was horribly hard to find green flowers that I liked without hiring a mage to color them, and we certainly couldn't afford that ... And a lot of the other ones have to be imported! And it's all so expensive.
In the end, we agreed that green hydrangeas are best ... They'll be well in season by the time of the wedding, so they shouldn't be too expensive. Even if they're not quite the color I hoped for. We'll also have, um ... golden roses, and some yellow tulips, and brown lillies. And of course, the flowers for the crowns. I think I've sent off for enough of them ... Lord Nicolas, did you already look at the receipts? If you haven't, I'd ... I'd very much like you to look at them, my lord. I keep asking myself if I really did order enough of them ...
I wish Mother was here already. I think I've made the right decisions, but I'd feel so much better about it if she was here to help me ... I hope she arrives soon. I want her to see my gown.
